Check-in
Guests can check-in prior to arrival on our web platform, on arrival by scanning a QR code via Goki applications or using one of our self-serve check-in tablets. After check-in, the guest is automatically issued with a SmartKey & PIN that expires on check-out.

Keys
After the guest has checked in, paid their balance & the room is clean – we activate their SmartKey & email their unique PIN for the length of their stay.

During Their Stay
Guests can use their phone as their key, meet other guests staying simultaneously, and see what’s on at their stay & message reception anytime for requests – such as requesting extensions, room service, sentiment tracking, and reviews. All this is done via the Goki application for travelers.

Guest Management
The Goki Dashboard enables staff to engage more effectively with guests – direct messages, shoutouts, marketing what’s on, sentiment tracking, extend stays, reviews & payment requests. And the guests on the other end will receive notifications on their own Goki applications.
